Welcome to ZeroScope, a competitive Free For All (FFA) first-person shooter experience engineered and published by MiralvaLabs on the Roblox platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and MiralvaLabs ("we," "us," or "our").

ZeroScope operates within the Roblox ecosystem. By playing ZeroScope or accessing our web services, you acknowledge that you are concurrently subject to Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards. These Terms govern ZeroScope-specific gameplay rules, tournaments, website services, and moderation policies.

Acceptance of Terms

By launching the ZeroScope experience on Roblox, accessing this website, creating support tickets, interacting with our APIs, or participating in official Discord tournaments, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease accessing ZeroScope and all affiliated MiralvaLabs online services.

Eligibility & Account Security

Access to ZeroScope requires an active, verified Roblox account in good standing. You agree to the following obligations:

  • Age Requirement: You must satisfy the minimum age requirements mandated by Roblox and the applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
  • Account Ownership: Your in-game identity and statistics are tied strictly to your individual Roblox User ID. You may not sell, rent, trade, or share your account credentials with another player.
  • Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any infraction committed from your account (including by family members or compromised sessions) will be treated as an infraction by you.
  • Ban Restrictions: Individuals whose accounts have been suspended or permanently blacklisted from ZeroScope are ineligible to access the game across any alternate, subsidiary, or borrowed accounts.

Rules of Combat & Violations Matrix

ZeroScope is founded on absolute competitive fairness. We enforce zero tolerance for bad-faith interference, match manipulation, and cheating. Every player is expected to uphold good sportsmanship.

Violations are categorized by code. Repeat infractions escalate exponentially; a second violation doubles the baseline duration, and a third results in a permanent hardware/account blacklist.

SECTION C — CHEATING, SCRIPTS & INJECTIONS

ZS-C01Using cheat software, Lua injection scripts, aimbots, wallhacks, ESP, triggerbots, or speed/noclip modifiers.PERMANENT BAN

SECTION F — MATCH INTEGRITY & FAIR PLAY

SECTION A — ACCOUNT INTEGRITY & EVASION

Penalties are evaluated per incident. Extreme or multi-category offenses receive aggravated sanctions. Formal appeals may be lodged through the Support Portal, except for confirmed ZS-C01, ZS-C02, ZS-C04, and ZS-B06 infractions which are strictly non-appealable.

Anti-Cheat & Security Telemetry

To preserve competitive integrity, ZeroScope incorporates real-time security heuristics. By playing ZeroScope, you explicitly consent to the passive collection and server analysis of game telemetry, including:

  • Client position, velocity vectors, rotation deltas, and weapon firing cadence.
  • Roblox client environment integrity and unauthorized memory hook anomalies.
  • Network latency spikes, packet retransmission patterns, and session identifiers.

This data is used solely for cheat mitigation and is never monetized, sold, or shared with commercial third parties.

Virtual Items, Robux Purchases & No Pay-to-Win Guarantee

ZeroScope guarantees that all gameplay-affecting items, weapons, health pools, and mobility mechanics are completely free, universally accessible, and strictly non-pay-to-win. Any monetization inside the game consists exclusively of cosmetic custom items (skins, kill banners, audio titles).

  • Platform Currency: In-game cosmetic purchases are conducted through Roblox using Robux. MiralvaLabs does not directly collect, store, or process credit cards or bank details.
  • No Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual items, ranks, titles, and skins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and do not constitute personal property.
  • Refund Policy: Under Roblox Corporation platform policies, digital virtual item sales are final. If an item is not delivered due to a server error, contact ZeroScope Support with your Roblox transaction ID.

Competitive Tournaments & Community Events

MiralvaLabs organizes scheduled competitive tournaments with Robux and community prize pools. Participation is subject to the following rules:

  • Verification: Players must be registered in our official Discord and maintain an active account with a minimum competitive combat rank (e.g. Silver I or higher).
  • Referee Authority: Tournament administrators and live referees possess full discretion to issue restarts, disqualify combatants, or request POV screen-recordings.
  • Prize Payouts: Prizes are issued via verified Roblox group payouts within 48–72 hours following anti-cheat log review. Any participant caught using unfair methods will forfeit all winnings and face permanent tournament disqualification.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to specific game rules, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities across ZeroScope, its website, APIs, or community channels:

  • Engaging in predatory behavior, stalking, extortion, or blackmail against any player.
  • Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, leak, or steal proprietary game assets, map models, UI scripts, or server logic.
  • Posting commercial advertisements, referral links, phishing scams, or unauthorized third-party services.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to MiralvaLabs administration endpoints, database instances, or staff Discord bots.

Security Notice: All unauthorized API requests and administrative penetration attempts are cryptographically logged with source IP signatures and escalated to Cloudflare, Roblox Trust & Safety, and relevant law enforcement bodies.

Moderation & Ban Appeals Process

MiralvaLabs moderators exercise final authority in enforcing these Terms. Sanctions are administered proportionally based on infraction severity and historical record:

  • Formal Warning: Recorded in player logs for minor first infractions.
  • Temporary Game Suspension: Timed lockouts ranging from 1 week to 2 months.
  • Permanent Blacklist: Irrevocable termination of access across all ZeroScope environments.

Players may submit one formal appeal per incident via our Support Portal. Ban appeal decisions rendered by the senior moderation team are final and binding.

Data Protection & Privacy

We respect player privacy and operate in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA standards. For detailed disclosures on what data is stored, encryption standards, retention schedules, and your rights to data access or deletion, please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content & Feedback Licensing

By submitting feedback, bug reports, weapon balance suggestions, or participating in in-game chat, you grant MiralvaLabs an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, adapt, and implement such ideas to improve ZeroScope without compensation or attribution.

Intellectual Property & Content Creator Rights

All trademarks, custom 3D models, visual assets, original soundtrack compositions, animations, and proprietary codebase comprising ZeroScope are the exclusive intellectual property of MiralvaLabs.

Content Creator License: You are enthusiastically permitted to stream, record, monetize, and publish gameplay videos, montages, tutorials, and competitive reviews of ZeroScope on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar platforms, provided that:

  • You do not claim ownership of the game or its underlying brand assets.
  • You do not use our assets to promote cheats, exploits, or malicious software.
  • You include a link to the official ZeroScope game page in your video descriptions.

Third-Party Platform Dominance

ZeroScope is deployed on Roblox infrastructure. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and the overarching Roblox Terms of Use, Roblox platform policies shall prevail. MiralvaLabs is not responsible for platform-wide outages, server host downtime, or moderation actions executed directly by Roblox Corporation against your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ZeroScope and all affiliated web services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. MiralvaLabs does not warrant that the experience will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiralvaLabs, its founder, contributors, and moderators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access the game.

Changes to Terms & Legal Contact

MiralvaLabs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When updates occur, the "Last Updated" timestamp will be refreshed, and notifications will be posted in our Discord server. Continued participation in ZeroScope after amendments constitute complete acceptance of the revised Terms.
