MiralvaLabs actively encourages players, streamers, and content creators to share ZeroScope gameplay on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, and Twitter/X.

• Monetization Permitted: You are authorized to monetize gameplay streams, competitive highlight montages, tutorials, and weapon reviews through platform partner programs and advertisement revenue.
• No Cheat Promotion: You may not broadcast or promote cheat software, exploit scripts, macro automation, or malicious links.
• Attribution: Please link to https://www.miralvalabs.com or the official ZeroScope Roblox experience in your video descriptions.

ZeroScope is an independently created experience built on the Roblox engine. Roblox, the Roblox logo, and Robux are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Government & Law Enforcement Requests

MiralvaLabs complies with valid, legally binding legal instruments issued by recognized law enforcement agencies and judicial courts of competent jurisdiction. We evaluate every request rigorously to uphold player privacy while fulfilling legal obligations.

• Emergency Disclosure Requests: In situations involving imminent danger of death or severe physical injury (including credible threats of violence, suicide, or child safety crises), law enforcement officials may submit an expedited emergency disclosure request with the subject line EMERGENCY REQUEST.
• Standard Inquiries: Must be accompanied by a valid subpoena, warrant, or court order issued under applicable law.

What Constitutes a Valid Legal Instrument

To be processed, formal legal requests must be sent from an official government email domain (e.g. .gov, .police.uk, .egm.gov.tr) to legal@miralvalabs.com and include:

• The requesting agency's official letterhead, badge/identification number, and supervisor contact.
• The issuing court name, docket number, and signature of the presiding judge or prosecutor.
• The specific numeric Roblox User ID(s) or ticket identifiers under investigation.
• The statutory legal authority mandating the disclosure.

Technical Data Production Limitations

Because MiralvaLabs adheres to strict data minimization principles, authorities should note the technical boundaries of what data we can and cannot produce:

• Available Data: Numeric Roblox User ID, in-game match kill/death statistics, tournament records, support ticket email addresses (retained for 12 months), and temporary security IP logs (retained for 90 days).
• Unavailable Data: We do NOT store real-world legal names, physical addresses, credit card or banking details, real-time GPS locations, or private in-game voice recordings. Financial billing records are held exclusively by Roblox Corporation.

Transparency & User Notification Protocol

Unless expressly prohibited by a valid court non-disclosure order (such as a 90-day gag order under applicable law) or in cases involving active child exploitation investigations, MiralvaLabs will notify affected users via their recorded email address when their records have been requested by law enforcement.

MiralvaLabs respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe content within ZeroScope infringes your rights, please submit a written notification containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its specific location.
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
